Terms of service

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the fakturai.pl website (the “Site”) and for the services provided electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means.
  2. The Site is run, and its services are provided, by (the “Provider”):

  3. A user is anyone who uses the Site (the “User”).

§ 2. Services provided on the Site

  1. The Provider offers the following electronic services on the Site free of charge:
    1. making the Site's content available, including guides on KSeF and information about the Provider's services,
    2. a contact form for sending messages to the Provider.
  2. The Site has no user accounts and sells nothing online.

§ 3. Technical requirements

  1. Using the Site requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
  2. Sending the contact form additionally requires an active email address and JavaScript enabled in the browser.

§ 4. Entering into and terminating the service agreement

  1. The agreement for making content available is concluded when a page of the Site is opened and terminates when it is closed.
  2. The agreement for using the contact form is concluded when the User starts filling it in and terminates when the message is sent or the User decides not to send it.
  3. The User may stop using the services at any time by leaving the Site.

§ 5. Rules of use

  1. The User shall use the Site lawfully and in good faith. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
  2. In particular, it is prohibited to enter another person's data in the form without their consent, to send unsolicited commercial information, and to send messages automatically or in bulk.
  3. The Provider may disregard messages sent in breach of points 1–2 and may use technical safeguards against abuse, such as a limit on the number of messages.

§ 6. Nature of the Site's content

  1. The Site's content is for information only and reflects the law as of the update date shown with it. It is not tax advice or legal advice.
  2. For questions about the User's tax obligations, including how the KSeF rules apply in their situation, consult a tax adviser, accountant or lawyer.
  3. The Site's content is protected by copyright. Copying it for purposes other than permitted personal use requires the Provider's consent. Third-party names and trademarks are used for information only.

§ 7. Implementation services and price information

  1. The Provider's implementation services, including integrating systems with KSeF, are not provided under these Terms. Their scope, timing, fee and conditions are set out in a separate, individually negotiated agreement made in writing or in documentary form.
  2. Service descriptions and price information on the Site, including the “2027 package: the KSeF number in transfers”, are an invitation to enter into an agreement within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code, not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
  3. Sending the contact form does not oblige either the User or the Provider to enter into an agreement.

§ 8. Complaints

  1. Complaints about how the Site works can be sent to kontakt@fakturai.pl.
  2. A complaint should include the sender's contact details and a description of the problem. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the email address they were sent from.

§ 9. Personal data

How personal data is processed, including contact-form data, and information about cookies are described in the Privacy policy.

§ 10. Changes to the Terms

  1. The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in the law or in the scope of the services provided on the Site.
  2. A change takes effect on the day the new version is published on the Site. The Site's services are one-off, so a change does not affect services already provided.

§ 11. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
  3. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the general rules.
